Utilizing the RESET® system, your building can be assessed, have a site walk-through, and finally evaluated. This process leads to a series of recommendations that come complete with CleanEdison’s ROI Pledge®. CleanEdison RESET® system can be broken down into 5 services:

1. Energy Star Benchmarking - Energy Star Benchmarking ranks your building's energy performance using advanced energy submetering techniques.
2. Building Assessment (Tier I) - The Building Assessment is the first step in identifying the building’s overall potential for financial gain through energy-reduction investments.
3. Site Walk-Through (Tier II) - The Site Walk-Through verifies the upgrade potential suggested by the remote screening Building Assessment.
4. CleanEdison’s ROI Pledge® - CleanEdison’s ROI Pledge® is a promise that every recommendation we make ensures that the number one priority is your return on investment. We typically target and ROI inside of 5 years.
5. Retro Commissioning Services - For design, troubleshooting, maintenance, service, “hands-on” testing, and commissioning of environmentally responsible, large-scale, and signature projects, our team of technical professionals work together to devise and implement solutions based on client and market needs.
