BPI AC/Heat Pump Flex Course
CleanEdison's AC Heat Pump/Cooling Professional Flex Course is designed to allow you to complete your AC Heat Pump Certification while spending minimal time away from your day to day schedule. With the Flex schedule, you'll attend an interactive, live webinar for two hours during the day or evening on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, followed by hands on training in a location near you. In the choices below, you can pay for the field training either now or later.
If you have conflicts with any of the live broadcast schedule, you will be able to access the recorded seminar any time after noon the day after it is broadcast, and those recorded sessions will remain accessible for the remainder of the course.
The AC Heat Pump Flex series is taught by our top instructors in each topic area, so that you are able to receive best-in-class training in the BPI Standards for the Air Conditioning and Heat Pump operations and maintenance, as well overviews of ACCA manual J, D, T, duct design, controls, safety guidelines, and the process for performing the subcooling and superheating tests.
IMPORTANT: Prior to taking the BPI AC/Heat Pump exam, you must also obtain your EPA 608 Certification.

I found the course was on the mark with the required prerequisites. A number of organizations are offering courses both locally and on line. On-line courses provide no field mentoring or exam provisions and I could not locate any local course that provided both written and field exams.
