Step 1: Remote Building Assessment

Utilizing CleanEdison’s preliminary building questionnaire as a framework for the discussion, a CleanEdison Commercial Energy Specialist will conduct a remote interview with the Property Manager, Building Owner and/or Chief Engineer.

Step 2: Findings Report & Review

The findings of this study will be delivered in a several page report that summarizes the subject property’s building systems, highlighting the most promising opportunities for cost-effective energy-efficiency improvement. This report will be reviewed by CleanEdison with the Client’s primary personnel and will include, but not be limited to the following:
  • Building energy systems summary
  • Energy-reducing capital improvement recommendations
  • Energy-reducing low-cost/no-cost (“retro-commissioning”) recommendations
  • ROI Pledge®
After the Building Assessment (Tier 1), the team will move to the Site Walk-Through (Tier 2)
