Terms and Conditions: The referee must be new to CleanEdison, and must enroll in a live CleanEdison BPI, RESNET, or Solar training class after 4/1/2013.  Online classes do not qualify. The enrollment price must be $1000 or more. This offer is not applicable for CleanEdison employees or instructors.

CleanEdison Pass Guarantee

If you do not pass your BPI, RESNET, LEED, or NABCEP certification exam on your first try, you may re-take the CleanEdison course you initially enrolled in at no additional cost. Testing fees are not included. 

Open enrollment Student Transfer

If an open enrollment student requests to transfer to a different class date or time of the same course, CleanEdison will be happy to accommodate this request provided that space is available. Transfer is not available between different courses.

OPEN ENROLLMENT Student CANCELLATION

If an open enrollment student is unable to attend a class, he or she may substitute another individual at no additional charge, provided that CleanEdison is notified of the substitution at least one business day before the class begins. Otherwise, the student may request a transfer to attend the course at another date or location. No refunds are provided if a student is unable to attend a class.

CORPOrATE CLASS RESCHEDULES & CANCELLATIONS

A business that has engaged CleanEdison to provide training may cancel from or reschedule a class that it has enrolled for. Cancellations made 11 or more business days prior to the class start date will incur a $200 registration fee. Cancellations made between 6-10 business days prior to the class start date will result in forfeiture of 50% of the class tuition fees. No refunds will be issued on cancellations made less than 6 business days from the class start date.

No refunds are issued on reschedules. Reschedules made 6-10 business days prior to the class start date will incur a $200 rescheduling fee. Reschedules made less than 6 business days before the class start date will result in forfeiture of 25% of the class tuition fees. Reschedules made less than 3 business days before the class start date will result in forfeiture of 50% of the class tuition fees. If student cancels after rescheduling, no refunds will be issued. Only one reschedule is allowed, and the rescheduled class must be taken within 6 months of the originally scheduled class date. If the same class is not offered in the future, no refund will be issued.

CleanEdison CANCELLATIONS

If a class does not reach the minimum required registration (6-8 students for most classes), CleanEdison reserves the right to postpone or cancel live classes with one week of advance notice. In the event that a class is postponed, we will offer a web simulcast option if at all possible. Otherwise, the student will receive credit applicable towards any future class. No cash refunds will be provided. 

Travel Arrangements

If you need to make travel arrangements to attend a class more than one week in advance, please contact CleanEdison to ensure that the class has reached the minimum required registration. CleanEdison assumes no liability for any non-refundable costs that CleanEdison or the student may incur for student or on student's behalf (example, airfare or hotel).
