CleanEdison's Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training can be taken either live or online.

The project-focused course prepares students to learn the six sigma methodology, lean production process, and how to apply it to any business.

Following the DMAIC methodology, students will learn the steps to effectively define and select projects, understand roles and responsibilities, apply measurement system analysis and evaluate statistical process control.

The Green Belt course also covers the management and leadership skills necessary to effectively see Six Sigma projects through completion.

Six Sigma Certification:

CleanEdison's Six Sigma curriculum is focused on providing the highest quality instruction and teaching participants how to perform Six Sigma projects.

Though not generally required by employers, with this training, participants will have gained the skills and knowledge to take the 3 hour 100 question proctored exam based on the IASSC Bodies of Knowledge for Green Belts.
