LEED ID+C Exam Prep

The LEED AP Interior Design & Construction (ID&C) specialty replaces the LEED AP for Commercial Interiors accreditation. This certification is geared toward professionals participating in the design, renovation, and construction of high-performance, cost-efficient commercial and residential spaces. These interiors require little maintenance, and serve as healthy, environmentally responsible work environments for fortunate tenants.

LEED AP ID&C professionals who have taken and passed this two-hour exam understand all of the prerequisites and credits required to help buildings obtain the LEED for Commercial Interiors certification. LEED for Commercial Interiors addresses the specifics of tenant spaces primarily in office, retail, and institutional buildings. Unlike other LEED certifications, tenants who lease their space or do not occupy the entire building are eligible to achieve this certification. LEED for Commercial Interiors is designed to work hand in hand with LEED for Core & Shell.
