Initial Mold Inspection Course
Initial Mold Inspection Course
Have you heard a client or friend say that they do not feel good when they are at home but feel better when they are outside? "I start sneezing every time I go in this room and don't know why." Did you know mold can start to grow within 24 hours of a moisture event?
Mold has been labeled a "Growing Concern" in the industry. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) states that mold should not be growing indoors. Certain mold can have a negative effect on people or especially people who have a low immune system.
This course has been designed to help you identify potential mold concerns for your clients by inspection, sampling, and report interpretation techniques.
