Avi once spent long hours trading credit default swaps for lehman...and syas he felt lost when it crumbled. I immediately started calling my friends trying to find out what the next big thing is. And everyone said the same thing - Green. You have to get into the green industry.
He sees green as a modern-day gold ruch...he started a company to sell the tools - training and education to help people get these jobs. And Ryan - A former merrill lynch subprime mortgage trader - recently launched a new line of blublocker sunglasses with his girlfriend. This quickly separates the people who had talked about doing something for so long. So you quickly find those who actually take advantage of that and that's fun to see. These three...all took advantage...taking what they learned on wall street...A Place they never thought they'd leave. I couldn't sleep for a week when I got my offer.
